So, as I said before, I won’t be telling all of Mom’s tricks. But, I will share this one. To promote even baking of the cake in the oven, Mom places Flower Nails upside down in the pan. Then pours the batter into the pan and makes sure the Flower Nails are evenly spaced in the pan. This prevents a sagging cake in the middle and a very happy baker in the end. *smiles*
